Having the right team members, skills and mindset in the team is crucial for delivering a successful project.

Always start with the Sonder network

Please share a project introduction in the #sonder_all Slack channel along with the roles you will be looking for. This allows our entire network to connect with you about the work, and allows our network to share the opportunities with their own networks!

Additionally, Worksuite (Sonder’s contractor management tool) serves as an index of our entire network, and everybody has an active profile. You can use Worksuite to search for the skills and expertise that your project needs and contact those contractors directly. Learn how here!

When recruiting beyond the Sonder network

If we need to look beyond our current network, the New Talent Recruitment role can support your recruiting effort. They will help you to refine the job description and determine which external channels and sites will be best to recruit the talent you are looking for. There may be some options that require payment, so keep this in mind as you consider your project budget.
