In the meantime, please confirm with your project lead/project manager which time-tracking tool should be used for your project. Most Sonder projects use Clockify to track time.

If your project is using Clockify, Operations or Project lead will add you to the Clockify team. Once you accept the invitation to Clockify, you will be able to access Clockify.
👉 Please track your time regularly, at least every month but preferably weekly. You can check project-specific instructions from your Project lead.
Time Tracker: Time tracker tracks your time while you work. To use:
Time Sheet: On the timesheet, you can enter the amount of time worked in a day according to project. To use:
Calendar: Calendar allows you to enter time visually, in calendar format (similar to Google Calendar). To use:
When it is time to count your total hours, you can go to “Reports” and select “Summary”
👉 To invoice correctly, according to your day rate, please divide the total number of hours by 8.
For most projects at Sonder, 1 day = 8 hours. If your project is structured differently, your project lead/project manager will share this with you.
For example, if your project works on the foundation that 1 day = 8 hours, and Clockify shows that you have worked 142 hours, your total number of days is 17.75
