Accountabilities

• Ensure the whole Sonder community is doing active engagement beyond holacracy
• Plan and set up monthly Sonder Social, and host the calls or assign the host role
• Plan and facilitate Sonder Exchange shareouts, and host the calls or assign the host role
• Encourage people in the network to share learnings
• Collaborate with Ways of Working circle to identify opportunities for learning-sharing
• Collect ideas and feedback from the network and develop new events and activations
• Support planning Sonder retreats when applicable
• Ensure Slack is an active community; start conversations that support building the community and learning-sharing
