All data related to Sonder projects need to be stored in the Sonder Shared Drives.

Shared Drives ensure that folders and documents are accessible for people working on the project while keeping sensitive information like files including Personal Data can be accessed only by those who should have access to it.

The project lead or project manager will provide access to the folders that you need to access. They will also share the appropriate folder hierarchies and naming conventions to use for your project.

<aside> ❗ Please don’t use Google Drive Desktop App unless you really need it. Using it creates some data security risks that we want to avoid.
