Accountabilities
- Defining, documenting, and communicating what Collaborator and Member wellbeing looks like for Sonder, using the research and insights we have collected
- Creating, documenting, and communicating policies regarding safety
- Designing guidelines for conflict mediation aligned with Sonder values
- Designing, documenting and facilitating the process of handling incidents/complaints
- Actively asking for feedback and listening to Collaborators and Members to identify well-being needs regarding
- Supporting member and collaborator wellbeing by reaching out to them and encouraging them to be in touch
- Communicating about the Member & Collaborator wellbeing processes (Slack, Handbook)
- Serving as the main point of contact for the wellbeing of members and collaborators as needed
- Mediating conversations during escalated conflicts
- Facilitating conversations with Project Leads and team members when needed, inviting other roles if needed
- Informing relevant roles about improvement needs that come up
- Managing the submitted incidents and observations via the Whistleblowing Form
