All Sonder members have access to Miro "member" accounts if they require administrating a Miro board, but attending a workshop as a participant doesn’t require a paid account but can use it as a guest.

The Miro cost will be allocated to the project, and it needs to be taken into consideration when budgeting. When planning your project budget, consider who will require membership to Miro. Be sure to consider subcontractors as well as clients and other stakeholders. Below please find a table that shares more about the differences between a member and a guest:
❗️Sonder recommends that, as much as possible, non-Sonder users remain guests. This protects the privacy of our account and boards.
The cost of Miro is 8 euros per user per month.
If your work requires that subcontractors or other stakeholders join as members, please see below for how to integrate their accounts into the project budget. You may want to create a buffer, as there may be new stakeholders at later stages of the project who may need to be included.
👉 Please confirm with Project Finance that the Miro cost is aligned with the project budget, and then Project Finance will request the new addition from Operations and inform Operations of the time frame for Miro use.
