Accountabilities
- Grant access to Sonder tools and platforms (TBD)
- Collaborate with Project leadership roles to create clarity between accountabilities regarding onboarding
- Onboarding new collaborators with our internal tools and processes
- Introducing Sonder Handbook to inform what and where to find when they need help
- Collaborating with Organisational development to review onboarding materials and processes to be aligned with Sonders' purpose, vision, and values
- Mapping out the Sonder and Project onboarding and offboarding process and our different tools, platforms, documentation, and people/roles involved, billing
- Creating email templates for different use cases and making them accessible for relevant roles
- Collecting feedback from collaborators and Project leaderhsip about onboarding, and evolving our onboarding processes and tools continuously
- Creating and maintaining checklists for collaborators and Project leadership
- Communicating the onboarding process to relevant roles to know what and when is expected from them
- Welcoming and introducing new collaborators in Slack (or facilitating the process with Project Leads to do that)
- Coordinate with Collaborator tool admin, Collaborator data & profiles, and Website profile roles to maintain collaborator-related data up to date
