The project leadership’s role(s) has the main responsibility for delivering a successful Sonder project and acting as an essential link between the project and Sonder.

Sonder has chosen to operate internally in holacracy - a method of decentralised management and organizational governance. However, the projects have the autonomy to organise how they see fit as long as they align with Sonder values, ethics, and compliance. The Project leadership is expected to ensure this within the project team.

What is project leadership accountable for?

The project leadership role and accountabilities might vary and be distributed within different project setups: in some projects there might be just a Project Lead role, and in a more complex project or program there might be roles like Program Lead, Design Lear, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, etc., sharing the responsibilities.
