</aside>
All data related to Sonder projects need to be stored in the Sonder Shared Drives.

Shared Drives ensure that folders and documents are accessible for people working on the project while keeping sensitive information like files including Personal Data can be accessed only by those who should have access to it.
Sonder Admins (Jen or Susanna) will create the following folder structure for the project in the beginning of the project.
The project lead or project manager will grant access to team members according to the project roles.
There are three root-level Shared Drives for each ongoing project.
Please note! The user access is inherited in the folder structure. That's why the root level needs to be designed and used purposefully:
- Basic project folder (Project_z_code) contains all the working files. Everyone working on the project should be included in the user group and the user group should have at least Contributor rights (add & edit) or Content Manager rights (add, edit, move delete & share content).
- Admin (Project_z_code - Admin) = restricted access, invitation only to people who need access to Project admin: proposals, contracts, day rates, budgets (incl. Sonder FinOps).
- If there is not a need to restrict access, the Admin folder including the needed information for the project team or similar can be located in the basic project folder.
- Data Collection (Project_z_code - Data Collection) = restricted access, invitation only to people who need access to the data (esp. if personal data, participant log).
