You have been allocated specific tasks and timelines, and we expect that you will complete your commitments as promised!

That said, we strongly believe in work-life balance at Sonder. You should take the time off that you need! We simply ask that you pair your desire for time off with communication with your team.
Holidays and Vacation
- Please consider your project work plan(s) when planning holidays or vacations. Discuss these plans well in advance with your project lead and team so that everyone can prepare for and work according to your absence.
Sick Days
- Unfortunately, as subcontractors, we do not receive “Sick Days”. That said, if you were planning to work and engage in meetings on a day that you are unable to work, please communicate with your project lead/project manager and those on your team that you are accountable for that day.
