Please use Zoom for all Sonder calls and all calls in which you represent Sonder.

If you have a Sonder email ID, you can access a basic Zoom license using this email ID. A basic account allows you to host 40-minute meetings.

Your role on the project may require that you have a licensed Zoom account

• Generally, this is encouraged if you have a client-facing role and/or you regularly host 40 min+ calls with more than 2 people.
• Please discuss the appropriate status of your Zoom account with your project lead/project manager.
