Zoom Basic is free for all to use. All Sonder members have access to a Premium Zoom account should their work require 40-minute+ calls with more than one attendee.
Please ask all subcontractors to create a Zoom account if they haven't already. If the subcontractor has a Sonder email address, this should be used when creating the account.
The cost of a Zoom account is EUR 140 per user, per year.
👉 Coordinate with the Project Finance role to ensure this aligns and is included in your project budget, and then contact the Head of Operations if you require Zoom accounts for project subcontractors.
As with all expenses, this cost should be paid out-of-pocket by either yourself or the subcontractor and can be invoiced to Sonder for reimbursement from the project budget.
