Pathways is looking to support organizations in Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Senegal that are actively delivering health services and programming, and are interested in using Pathways segmentation data and design tools to better reach vulnerable populations in their communities.
Organizations selected to participate in the Immersion Phase will receive access to Pathways segmentation data, as well as technical and strategic design support for their proposed intervention.
Organizations selected to participate in the Implementation Phase will receive up to $50,000 USD to carry out additional research and design activities, leveraging Pathways resources to advance implementation of their proposed intervention.

What is Pathways?
Pathways is a digital platform based on a vulnerability approach to population segmentation. Since 2019, Pathways has been used by partners to more precisely and intentionally forecast, resource, design, and evaluate holistic health solutions in over twenty projects in seven countries. Why Participate in the Impact Fund?
Organizations selected to participate in the Immersion Phase will receive access to Pathways data as well as technical and strategic support to advance their health interventions. Up to $50,000 USD per project will be awarded to at least three organizations to continue onto the Implementation Phase.

Who Is Eligible?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Designing a new intervention or refining an existing intervention.
- Actively engaged in reaching vulnerable populations in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, or Indonesia through primary healthcare, digital health, or related services and programming, concerned with reproductive, maternal, and child health and nutrition.
- Having the means to implement designed solutions.
- Funding is not for an existing Pathways project (current partners seeking funding for other projects are welcome to apply).
