All Sonder members and project leads have access to an @sonderdesign.org Google Workspace account. Collaborators may or may not have a Sonder email address; this is dependent on several variables.

Consider whether or not a collaborator will require a Sonder email address.

• If the collaborator has a client-facing role and communicates with clients, we recommend the collaborator utilises a Sonder email address and Google Workspace account.
• Similarly, if the collaborator will be doing a lot of creation in Google Drive, we recommend the collaborator utilises a Sonder email address and Google Workspace account

A Google Workspace account costs EUR 10.40 per month. Please consider this in your project budget for any subcontractors who will utilise a Sonder Google Workspace account, and provide an estimate of how long they will utilise this account.

• [ ] Upon contracting, operations will create their user ID and provide account access.
• [ ] Please notify operations when the subcontractor’s role on the project has ended so that operations can initiate closure of the subcontractor’s account.
• [ ] If a subcontractor does not have a Sonder email account/workspace, you may provide them with access to project-specific folders in Google Workspace by adding them to a relevant user group (or a folder).
• [ ] When their role on the project has ended, you must remove their access by removing. This maintains the integrity of our folders.
