After signing the Subcontracting agreement, the new joiner will be onboarded both to Sonder and the project they are about to work with.

We’ve prepared the following Collaborator checklist to help everyone understand what to expect

Sonder general onboarding

Set up Google workspace As soon as possible
Set up Zoom account and share Zoom integration instructions As soon as possible if Project Lead has indicated need for Zoom account for this collaborator
Invite to Slack As soon as possible so the project can add collaborators to the appropriate project channels and #sonder_all
Schedule Welcome call Schedule as soon as possible
In Welcome call Welcome to Sonder
Introduce the basics of Sonder (using the Handbook)
Explain the integration of the Project and Sonder
Share opportunities to be involved in Sonder
Invite to Sonder community events
Invite bio if needed
Provide setup and invoicing support
Address Google Workspace questions
Provide Clockify/Worksuite training if needed
Share the link to the Handbook, and the onboarding checklist
Follow up email Links to above items discussed and support for other questions/concerns that came up
Confirm project code for invoicing
