Our theory of change explains how what we do is connected to our impact on the world.

The left hand of the theory of change outlines our activities within Sonder. They consist of four P’s: Paradigm, People, Process and Potential.

The theory of change suggests that by bringing different work paradigms together with a diverse set of people in processes we create the potential for impact that can lead to real outcomes that contribute towards our vision.

By better defining and understanding what these four Ps consist of at Sonder, we can create a foundation for our practice that is directed at impact and in support of our vision.
