Some people choose to hold Organisational roles, helping Sonder evolve and supporting others in the network.

Members

As Sonder is registered as a co-operative, its members own and govern it. Members are committed to evolving Sonder, upholding the Sonder values and ethics, identifying and bringing in new business opportunities and making sure everything delivers the Sonder purpose.

Currently, we have 8 Members, but we are preparing to invite more people to contribute to Sonder and our future this summer!

Collaborators

Collaborators are anyone working on Sonder projects - either externally in client projects or internally for supporting and evolving Sonder. See the collaborators on the Sonder website **

Project leads

The project leads have the main responsibility for delivering a successful project; they are the main points of contact with the clients, provide leadership, foster a supportive environment for the project team, and act as essential links between the project and Sonder. A project lead can be either a Sonder member or a Collaborator. → See all Project leads here

Opportunity leads

Opportunity leads are senior consultants who decide to develop and run their project opportunities through Sonder. Senior collaborators can bring their projects, clients, and ideas. Sonder provides a vetted network of senior experts across disciplines and the legal, financial, and operational infrastructure to make them happen. An opportunitu lead can be either a Sonder member or a Collaborator.

Opportunity leads usually become the project leads of the won opportunity.
