If you want to take a stronger ownership in shaping Sonder and our potential impact and have been working with us at least for three months, we recommend applying to become a Sonder Member.

Sonder has grown and entered a new phase where we want to ensure our stability, scalability and flexibility to be able to adapt swiftly in the face of dynamic challenges.
We believe in the power of diverse knowledge and perspectives as the platform for change. We therefore want to evolve our current Membership base by creating space for more diverse voices and lenses.
We are looking for great people who are motivated to contribute to shaping Sonder and are committed to our vision and values.
Our key priorities this year are to a) mature as an organisation, b) increase collaboration within the collective and c) focus on establishing new business opportunities.
Therefore this time we look especially for new members who bring:
The invitation is open to everyone, who has been working with Sonder for at least 3 months. Membership is a yearly commitment; new members will be invited to join twice yearly.
