Google Drive ensures that documents can be shared with collaborators, clients and partners safely and so that people always have the latest version of the document at hand.

You can restrict folder access to those who are working on the project, and modify the role of the people: Viewer, Commenter, or Editor both in folder and file level.

This is especially helpful in ensuring

  1. nobody accidentally enters your folders and alters anything and
  2. protection of the privacy of the participants in your project.

Sharing documents via Email

Please share Google Drive links instead of using attachments.

Sharing documents in Slack

You can link folders and files in Slack from Google Drive. Please don’t upload attachments to Slack.
