Our Services:

• Solution Development: From UX and service design to rapid product prototyping and implementation, we help turn big ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

Sonder Collective is a community of diverse, skilful people and a platform for creating impact through projects. Sonder Collective enables independent designers and design-minded professionals to connect, find and do purposeful work together and learn from each other.

Sonder does not have employed staff but provides the cultural, financial and operational structure for project teams to collaborate on impact work. This means that Sonder is not an employer.

Sonder is a word from the “Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows” by John Koenig:

The realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own—populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness—an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk.
